Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company products and services to customers.
* Generate and follow up on leads.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
