Creative Designer – E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
Bangalore (On-site) | 2–4 Years Experience
We’re hiring a creative designer to build high-performing ad creatives across e-commerce and digital platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta & Google.
What you’ll do:
* Design banners, product creatives & ad visuals
* Create static + video content for performance campaigns
* Adapt creatives for e-commerce & quick-commerce platforms
* Work on A/B test variations to drive better results
What we’re looking for:
* Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator & basic video editing
* Good eye for design, layout & product storytelling
* Understanding of what drives clicks & conversions
* Fast learner, adaptable to platform guidelines
Bonus: Experience with Amazon A+, PDPs, or quick-commerce creatives
