Job Description
Chabros Unisport is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Accounts Assistant to work from home on a part-time basis.
The candidate should have their own computer/laptop and internet connection and be able to handle daily data entry, accounting entries, and record maintenance using Excel and Busy Accounting Software.
Responsibilities
- Daily data entry in Microsoft Excel
- Account entries in Busy Accounting Software
- Sales and purchase entry
- Stock and inventory data updates
- Maintaining customer and supplier records
- Preparing basic reports in Excel
- Verifying and organizing business documents
- Coordinating with the office team through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Busy Accounting Software preferred
- Good computer skills and typing speed
- Own computer/laptop with internet connection
- Ability to work independently from home
- Good communication skills
Working Hours
- Part-Time
- Approximately 2–4 hours per day
- Flexible working hours
Salary
- ₹4,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Salary will depend on experience and skills
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with good computer knowledge are encouraged to apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Experience in Data Entry, Excel, or Busy Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
