About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to manage, support, and optimize our IT infrastructure and enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP, while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and ensure seamless day-to-day system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
- Monitor network performance, diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, and oversee the maintenance of firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Administer and support NetSuite and Salesforce platforms, including user management, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including patch management, access controls, and backup and recovery procedures.
- Deliver technical support and training to end users across the organisation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and IT procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate support, procurement, and service delivery.
- Configure and administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to support Sales and Operations.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and governance.
- Support Salesforce enhancements, testing, and release management.
- Configure dashboards, Suite Analytics reports, and business workflows.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations teams.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend process improvements.
Business Systems Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
Integration & Support
- Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.
- Monitor integration jobs and resolve synchronization issues.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support.
- Train end users and deliver ongoing system guidance.
- Work with vendors and development teams on system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in System Administration, IT Administration, Business Systems, ERP, or CRM Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or
- CompTIA Security+.
- NetSuite or Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Prior experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
