Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to foster continuous professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school's vision and mission.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Monitor student performance and implement initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CISCE guidelines and all applicable educational regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the community.
- Oversee admissions, budgeting, resource planning, and overall school operations.
- Encourage innovation, technology integration, and experiential learning across all grades.
- Organize staff training, academic reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Represent the school in educational forums, inspections, and external engagements.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience with 3–5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head in an ICSE or CBSE school.
- Thorough understanding of CISCE regulations, academic planning, and school administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, school compliance, staff management, and educational technology.
- Ability to drive academic excellence while maintaining operational efficiency.
