.Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 Yr Experienced candidates may apply
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and internet systems
- Provide IT support to staff (systems, printers, software, etc.)
- Maintain data backup, security, and system updates
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems
- Assist in ERP/CRM software handling (if applicable)
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
