Role Overview
The CEO – Projects & Infrastructure Development will be responsible for driving the organization's infrastructure and real estate development initiatives from concept to completion. The role requires strategic leadership in planning, execution, commercial development, and operational management while ensuring projects are delivered within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end land acquisition, planning, and infrastructure development activities.
- Drive the execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
- Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage construction operations, contractor coordination, and project governance.
- Oversee leasing strategies and commercial development initiatives to maximize asset value.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, government authorities, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, financial viability, and risk management.
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Preferred Profile
- Extensive experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure Development.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Experience in handling large-scale township, commercial, or mixed-use developments will be an added advantage.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
