Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, income tax, reconciliations, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with Indian accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and ledger balances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, budget tracking reports, and financial analyses for management.
- Monitor cash flow, expense control, and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Assist in improving accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in India.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
