The Civil Site Engineer will oversee the construction of school infrastructure such as classrooms, laboratories, administrative buildings, playgrounds, and utilities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction of school buildings (classrooms, labs, halls, toilets, boundary walls, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per architectural and structural drawings
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor site activities and maintain daily progress reports
- Ensure quality control of materials like concrete, steel, bricks, etc.
- Check layout, levels, and alignment of structures
- Ensure proper implementation of safety standards on-site
- Handle site documentation (BOQ, billing, DPR, material records)
- Monitor finishing works like plastering, flooring, painting, and fixtures
- Ensure child-safe design compliance (railings, stairs, playground safety)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of building construction (RCC & finishing works)
- Ability to read drawings and execute layouts on site
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to quality and safety standards
- Problem-solving ability on site
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing interpretation
- Basic understanding of MS Excel for reporting and billing
- Familiarity with estimation and BOQ preparation
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
