Salary:Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to promote Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs.
* Generate leads and convert them into admissions.
* Conduct career guidance sessions and educational awareness visits.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Management, Teachers, and Counselors.
* Promote institutional tie-ups and student enrollment campaigns.
* Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and explain course benefits.
* Follow up with prospective students, parents, and institutions.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Submit daily visit reports and lead updates to the management.
Requirements
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Field sales or marketing experience is preferred.
* Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
* Willingness to travel locally.
