Payroll & Wage Management
- Prepare and verify employee attendance, wage sheets, and payroll data.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate attendance and wage records.
- Assist in salary processing and resolve employee wage-related queries.
- Maintain payroll-related documentation and records.
Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare client billing data and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely invoice generation and submission.
- Track bill submissions, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain billing records and MIS reports.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files, joining documents, and HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and employee verification processes.
- Track employee movements, transfers, resignations, and replacements.
- Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related documentation.
Coordination & Administration
- Act as a link between the Dehradun Office and Head Office.
- Travel to Head Office as required for payroll, billing, compliance, and operational coordination.
- Support management in HR and administrative activities.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
