About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Reception Manager who can efficiently manage front desk operations, client coordination, administrative tasks, and team handling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, operational knowledge, and prior experience in reception and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete front desk and reception operations
- Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain client appointments, follow-ups, and coordination
- Supervise daily operational activities at the reception area
- Manage stock records and administrative work
- Maintain reports, documentation, and audit-related records
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professional environment at the reception
- Handle billing, data management, and basic MIS work
- Monitor staff performance and support management operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum experience in Reception Handling & Client Handling is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good management and supervision skills
- Knowledge of operational handling and administrative tasks
- Experience in stock management and audit handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, basic reporting, etc.)
- Presentable personality with professional behavior
