Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis & Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and support SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth and secure system operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.) Monitor system performance and ensure high availability Perform SAP upgrades, patches, and kernel updates Manage transports using STMS and ensure smooth deployments Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations Perform system refreshes, backups, and recovery activities Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely resolutions as per SLA Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration Expertise in SAP installation, configuration, and upgrades Knowledge of SAP HANA/DB administration Hands-on experience with transport management (STMS) Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning Understanding of OS/DB (Linux/Unix/Windows, Oracle/HANA) Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills Good to Have: Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) Exposure to automation and scripting
