- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Close vacancies within the defined timeline.
- Manage the complete joining process, including document verification and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, UAN, and other statutory registrations for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and joining records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
