Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious BDE Intern to support our business development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth. As an intern, you will learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management while working with experienced professionals.
Eligibility
- Completed a Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or Digital Marketing course OR
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Internship or Full-time).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over calls and emails.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable company services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about company services and industry trends.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
