We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our growing team supporting a US-based healthcare practice. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers and clinical staff to manage medication-related processes, ensure accurate prescription handling, and support patient care through electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and transmit medication prescriptions through EMR systems.
- Perform medication reconciliation by reviewing and verifying patients' medication histories.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding medication-related matters.
- Update and maintain accurate patient medication records.
- Assist with prescription renewals, refill requests, and prior authorization workflows as required.
- Ensure compliance with established pharmacy and healthcare protocols.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and medication safety programs.
- Handle pharmacy-related administrative and clinical documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist license/registration preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, medication management, and pharmacy workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience supporting US healthcare operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
