Key Responsibilities
- Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI)
- Conduct In-Process and Patrol Inspections
- Verify dimensions as per drawing and specifications
- Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges)
- Identify and segregate defective parts
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
- Monitor production quality and process compliance
- Coordinate with Production team for quality issues
- Perform Final Inspection before dispatch
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and Quality Standards
