Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop 2D & 3D plans as per project requirements
- Coordinate with site team, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure designs meet client requirements and project feasibility
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress
- Maintain quality standards in execution
- Work closely with interior, production, and management teams
- Handle revisions and modifications based on feedback
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Real Estate / Interior / Construction preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- MS Office
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture layout
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
