We're looking for someone who can walk into a chemical plant, understand the problem, and close the deal. Not a script-follower. A growth builder. --- **What You'll Do** - Make outbound calls to procurement heads, plant managers, and project engineers at chemical and manufacturing companies. - Research and map target markets — identify industries where our solutions create the most value. - Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed order. - Work directly with the founder on deal strategy, pricing, and closing high-value clients. - Visit client sites when needed and understand their infrastructure challenges firsthand. - Track activity and turn market feedback into actionable intelligence. --- **Who You Are** - Sold to industrial, chemical, or infrastructure clients — or hungry to learn fast. - Comfortable on the phone, at a plant, or in a boardroom. - You don't wait to be told who to call. You find the right person and start the conversation. - Fluent in Hindi and English. Industrial terminology knowledge is a strong plus. - 1 to 3 years in B2B or field sales.
