What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and track business development activities.
- Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional in client interactions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media Company, or Video Production House will be an added advantage.
