Position: Social Studies (SST) Teacher – Grades 6 to 8
We are seeking a qualified and passionate SST Teacher for Grades 6–8 under the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in History, Geography, and Civics, along with the ability to create engaging, inquiry-based, and concept-driven learning experiences for middle school students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver ICSE-aligned lessons for Grades 6–8 in Social Studies.
- Teach subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and related Social Science topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, projects, and classroom activities.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and active classroom participation.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate technology, presentations, maps, and experiential learning methods into teaching.
- Maintain an organized, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, school events, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow faculty members to achieve academic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in History / Geography / Political Science / Social Science or related discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ ICSE preferred.
- Strong understanding of middle school pedagogy and ICSE teaching methodology.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
