The Team You’ll Join
You’ll be joining the Finance FP&A team—a lean, high-capacity group that delivers financial data, analysis, and reporting that drive decisions across the organization. The team provides financial visibility and KPIs to business owners, executive leadership and our sponsors, covering asset flows and revenue planning & forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights across Envestnet’s core wealth business. We operate with a high degree of ownership and a strong bias toward empowering data-driven decision making at all levels of the business.
How You’ll Contribute
We’re looking for a financial data and business intelligence analyst to strengthen and enhance Envestnet’s asset-based reporting capabilities. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality data infrastructure, reporting, and financial insights that support the organization’s financial objectives and long-term strategy.
Own end-to-end reporting for Asset Based metrics, including tracking, revenue attribution, fee schedules, and platform-level performance analysis
Assist in design, development, and maintenance of recurring dashboards and reports that provide visibility into asset flows, billing, and growth trends across Envestnet platforms
Partner with business stakeholders to translate evolving reporting needs into scalable analytical solutions
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including variance analysis and management reporting
Identify trends, anomalies, and risks within financial data and surface findings to finance leadership
Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed or assigned
Ensure data integrity across source systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools
Document data definitions, reporting methodologies, and process workflows
Collaborate with Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to improve data pipelines and identify automation opportunities
Serve as subject matter expert for FP&A data sources and reporting logic
What You’ll Need to Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data & Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data analytics
Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to leadership
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools for financial dashboard development
Superior attention to detail and strong systems and data management knowledge
Nice-to-Haves
Customer-driven with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to execute in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with financial data warehouses, billing systems, or data pipeline tooling
