TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Key Responsibilities Business Development: Conduct daily market visits, identify upcoming construction/interior projects, generate qualified leads, present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. Market Expansion: Identify new territories, gather competitor intelligence, create strategic partnerships, and maintain detailed meeting logs. Revenue & Performance: Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain a minimum business generation equivalent to 5 times the annualized value of the compensation structure. Desired Candidate Profile Education - MBA, BBA, BBM, BCOM specialized in Sales and Marketing preferred 0-2 years’ experience in Business Development, Market Expansion and Revenue & Performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong networking abilities. Ability to work independently in field sales and extensive travel for business meetings. A professional appearance, growth mindset, and entrepreneurial attitude. Prior experience or knowledge in Construction, Interior, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Staffing, or B2B Sales is highly preferred. Compensation & Commercials Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 Per Month (Fixed) Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-driven incentives based on target achievements. Salary Disbursement: 10th of every month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred / Freshers or experienced (Male) and experienced (Female) are welcome to apply. Location: The primary work locations will be Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. However, the candidate must be willing to travel and be deployed to any location across India based on project requirements and construction site assignments. Allowance: The company shall provide a monthly relocation and travel allowance of ₹5,000 based on their role and travel needs. This amount will be disbursed along with the employee’s salary from their second month pay cycle of employment. Probationary: The candidate will be employed on a probationary period of three months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation as a full-time employee, the candidate will be required to sign a mandatory one-year employment agreement with the company and remain on the company's payroll for the duration of the contract. Benefits: No benefits until probationary period. Each candidate must have their own laptops, tabs for their job profile requirements. Company may provide the facilities after 3 months probationary only based on their leads and performance.
