Job Title: CRM Executive (Urgent Requirement)
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s data systems, ensuring accurate data entry, processing, storage, and reporting.
The role supports smooth IT operations, database management, and generation of MIS reports for various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company databases and electronic records Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and updates in systems Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Handle data processing tasks related to sales, inventory, accounts, or operations Maintain data integrity, security, and backup systems Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting Troubleshoot basic system/data issues and escalate IT problems when needed Support ERP/CRM systems and ensure smooth functioning Prepare reports using MS Excel or company software tools
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commerce, IT, Computer Applications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in EDP, MIS, data entry, or IT support role Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage Good typing speed and attention to detail Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
