Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily billing operations using PetPooja software. The role requires accuracy, customer service skills, and the ability to manage transactions efficiently in a restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate PetPooja billing software for daily order processing
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments
Generate invoices, KOTs, and manage order flow
Maintain daily cash sheet and sales report
Ensure correct billing & prevent cash shortages
Support customer queries and coordinate with service/kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Follow company billing guidelines and security procedures

Requirements
Experience in cashiering or restaurant billing preferred (Fresher can also apply)
Knowlege of billing & Accounting (training will be provided if needed)
Basic computer & typing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Candidates from Alappuzha or surrounding areas preferred
