Key Responsibilities:
Sales
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and travel agents.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their travel needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
2. Itinerary Customization
- Design bespoke travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with brand standards.
- Recommend unique destinations, experiences, and luxury accommodations to exceed client expectations.
3. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Above 2 years in sales within the luxury travel sector.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership quality
- Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with travel CRM systems, booking platforms, and tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury destinations, exclusive experiences, and the needs of HNWIs.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client demands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
