About the Role
We're expanding our IELTS training presence in Chennai through our network of partner colleges and are looking for a passionate IELTS Trainer. This is a field-based role where you will travel to assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and study abroad seminars.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Visit assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes.
● Deliver IELTS and study abroad awareness seminars and workshops on college campuses.
● Assess students' English proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
● Conduct mock IELTS tests and track student progress.
● Guide students on effective test-taking strategies and exam techniques.
● Motivate and mentor students throughout their IELTS preparation journey.
● Build strong relationships with partner college stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
● Counsel interested students and support enrollments into Leap's IELTS programs.
Ideal Persona
● 1–3 years of experience in IELTS or English language training.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
● Comfortable traveling across Chennai to conduct classes and seminars at partner colleges.
● Passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and driving learning outcomes.
● Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a field-based role
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
