Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Barapani, Meghalaya
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The candidate should be able to handle office documentation, maintain records, and assist different departments with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in data entry and report preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for office-related requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
- Perform other office support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
