Installation & Maintenance
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues before failures occur.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, belts, filters, thermostats, and electrical controls.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Conduct testing and performance checks after repairs to ensure proper operation.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
