Role: Trainee – Process Consultant
Shift: Rotational Shifts | Night Shifts
Work Week: 5 Days

Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice interactions with international customers across US, UK & Australia
- Resolve customer queries professionally through voice support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, internet connectivity & application issues
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical support teams
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction metrics
Eligibility
Graduate or PUC completed
Freshers are welcome
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer & technical troubleshooting knowledge
