We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder with experience in fabrication and welding of
aluminum, mild steel, and stainless-steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for
manufacturing tanks, accessories, support structures, and fabricated components used in
transformer manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
o Aluminum structures
o Mild steel structures
o Stainless steel components
o Transformer tanks
o Fabricated accessories
o Base frames
o Support structures
o Brackets and mounting arrangements
- Read fabrication drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy during fabrication.
Tank Fabrication
- Fabricate and assemble transformer/reactor tanks.
- Weld tank components ensuring leak-proof joints.
- Assist in fit-up and alignment activities.
Quality Control
- Ensure weld quality meets company standards.
- Conduct visual inspection of weld joints.
- Rectify welding defects as required.
- Maintain high workmanship standards.
Equipment Handling
- Operate TIG welding machines and fabrication tools safely.
- Maintain welding equipment in good working condition.
Safety
- Follow welding safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
