We are seeking enthusiastic Telecaller Executives / Call Center Executives / Tele-Sales Executives to handle outbound calls, convert leads to appointments, and support patient onboarding for our clinic.
Call & follow-up with potential leads and clinic inquiries
- Explain hair & skin treatment services to clients clearly and professionally
- Convert leads to walk-ins & appointments
- Maintain follow-up tracker, CRM data & daily call reports
- Handle customer queries & build strong rapport
- Coordinate with clinic team & support front desk activities
- Maintain high levels of customer service & professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
