Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Download, review, and analyze tender documents.
Prepare and submit tender bids within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical Team) for required documents.
Maintain tender databases, records, and submission trackers.
Prepare compliance statements, quotations, and bid documentation.
Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and results.
Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements and company policies.
Handle registration and renewal on tender portals.
Required Skills
Knowledge of tendering processes and bid management.
Familiarity with portals such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement activities (depending on role level).
Preferred Experience
Experience with government tenders, railway tenders, PSU tenders, or EPC projects.
Knowledge of EMD, BG, technical bids, and commercial bids.
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
