- Connect to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website and purchase our subscriptions & products.
- Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls. Create sales material to present to customers Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them accurate solution
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
- Have good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi / English Languages)
- Noting important details of each conversation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
