We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection & Recovery Executive to join our team.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements where applicable.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Skip tracing knowledge will be an added advantage.
