Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of solution architectures that meet client requirements and business needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable integration solutions within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively to minimize business impact.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and data exchange protocols relevant to Oracle Siebel integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
