As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration, VMware Virtualization Administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
