Job Summary
Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and analytical MIS Executive / Senior Executive to manage and maintain production, inventory, sales, procurement, and operational data. The candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management with timely information for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from Production, Stores, Procurement, Sales, and Accounts departments.
- Generate management reports and dashboards using Excel and other MIS tools.
- Monitor production data, inventory records, and operational performance.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Develop and automate MIS reports to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection and validation.
- Support management in business analysis and performance tracking.
- Maintain databases and records related to production and operations.
- Identify trends, variances, and areas for process improvement.
Qualification
- MBA (MIS) / MBA / B.Tech (Any Discipline)
- Additional certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience
- MIS Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Executive: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, or Production Industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards)
- Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data management and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
Salary
- ₹25,000/- to ₹28,000/- per month (Based on qualification, experience, and performance).
