Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and self-sourced leads.
- Introduce Econz's cloud solutions and services, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Chrome Enterprise, and related offerings.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business needs, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide timely updates and reports on calling activities and lead status.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,527.61 - ₹30,871.94 per month
