Job Overview
Arbor Academy is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator who can ideate, create, and manage engaging content across digital platforms. The role focuses on social media content, short-form videos, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp
✔ Plan and produce reels, posts, carousels & video content
✔ Write captions, scripts, and marketing content
✔ Stay updated with trends and create viral/engaging content
✔ Collaborate with design & marketing teams
✔ Support content strategy and campaign execution
Required Skills
✔ 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
✔ Creative thinking and storytelling skills
✔ Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
✔ Good copywriting & communication skills
Good to Have
✔ Canva or basic design knowledge
✔ Knowledge of SEO & content strategy
✔ Experience in education or IT domain
