We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys researching prospects, building business connections, and supporting sales growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain prospect databases.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain lead trackers and CRM records.
- Support market research and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and lead sourcing abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
