Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings across various online platforms.
- Respond to positive and negative reviews professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share reviews, ratings, and testimonials.
- Ensure all brand communication remains professional, consistent, and customer-focused.
- Track review performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Handle customer queries received through review platforms, social media channels, and other online sources.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with relevant teams for service improvement.

- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
