We are building IoT- based health monitoring systems, along with executing client-driven embedded and IoT projects across industries.
The role focuses on:
- Device-to-cloud integration
- Rapid prototyping for client requirements
- Execution of multiple embedded projects
This is a hands-on role requiring strong practical skills and the ability to handle real-world deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with devices via UART / serial / other protocols
- Parse and structure sensor data (e.g., heart rate, respiration, presence, etc.)
- Develop firmware on ESP32 / STM32 / similar MCUs
- Implement connectivity:
- WiFi (HTTP / MQTT)
- BLE (when required)
- Build stable data pipelines:
- Reconnection handling
- buffering
- fault tolerance
- Handle multiple client projects:
- understand requirements
- execute prototypes
- support deployment
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Debug and resolve hardware + firmware issues in real-world environments
Required Skills
- Strong Embedded C/C++
- Experience with ESP32 / STM32 / similar MCU platforms
- Hands-on with UART, I2C, SPI communication
- Experience with WiFi and/or BLE
- Familiarity with HTTP / MQTT protocols
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- FreeRTOS
- OTA firmware updates
- JSON handling on embedded systems
- Experience in IoT product deployments
- Exposure to working with clients / cross-functional teams
What You Will Work On
- Integrating radar and other sensor-based devices into IoT systems
- Building firmware for data acquisition and transmission
- Executing client projects from prototype to deployment
- Supporting development of scalable IoT solutions

Application Question(s):
- 1. Describe one project where you read data from a sensor/device over UART and transmitted it to a server or app. Include: MCU used, communication method (WiFi/BLE), data format, and challenges faced.
2. You receive a continuous UART data stream from a device. How would you parse it and send it to a cloud API reliably?
