General Mills is looking for an experienced Sr D&T Analyst – Supply Chain to support digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain Sourcing operations. The role focuses on supporting enterprise sourcing systems, enabling scalable technology solutions, improving sourcing processes, and driving operational efficiency across Supply Chain applications.
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, D&T architects, Agile PODs, and external SAAS partners to deliver technology-driven solutions aligned with General Mills’ Digital Supply Chain strategy.

Drive Run, Operate & Transform initiatives across Supply Chain Sourcing systems and applications.

Serve as a techno-functional SME for Supply Chain and Sourcing technology platforms.

Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of sourcing tools and enterprise applications.

Collaborate with D&T architects to identify process gaps and establish best practices across sourcing technologies.

Work on cloud, SAAS, reporting, and integration-based solutions supporting Supply Chain operations.

Translate business requirements into technical documentation and communicate across development lifecycle.

Support Agile POD delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide rotational support for critical business applications aligned with US business hours.

10+ years of experience in web-based, SAAS, or enterprise application delivery.

8+ years of experience as a techno-functional analyst supporting IT/software solutions.

Agile delivery using Azure DevOps

Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Sourcing operations within CPG/FMCG industry.

Experience working with sourcing platforms such as SAP, Coupa, TriplePoint, Palantir, or similar technologies.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading technical projects or collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

Experience working on Digital Transformation initiatives within Supply Chain/Sourcing.

Exposure to cloud platforms, reporting tools, and integration technologies.

Knowledge of Commodity Markets, Cost Modelling, or Risk Management processes.

Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Business Intelligence tools.

Understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Exposure to Agentic AI concepts is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
