Dispatch & Logistics Head: Responsible for managing dispatch, transportation, warehouse, and cold store operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and safe delivery of goods. Oversees vehicle dispatch planning and scheduling, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and on-time deliveries. Manages inventory movement by ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) compliance, maintains proper cold storage conditions and temperature monitoring, coordinates with production, warehouse, and transport teams, supervises loading and unloading activities, maintains dispatch and inventory records, minimizes inventory losses and wastage, optimizes logistics costs, ensures compliance with safety, quality, and transportation standards, and leads the dispatch and logistics team to achieve efficient supply chain operations.
