Winisto Global LLP is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our Indore and Bhopal offices. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and call logs.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
