Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, timings, and procedures.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, and payments if required.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare call center will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (local language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, hospital software).
- Polite behavior, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
