Job Title: Social Media Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help grow our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to create high-quality content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and execute campaigns on time.
- Track content performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any relevant field (preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.
- Basic photo or video editing skills are an added advantage.
