1. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Pillar 3 disclosures relevant to a large and listed institution whilst improving production and formatting.
- Produce gap analysis against regulation.
- Provide input on relevant regulatory reporting project work, pro-actively supporting the MI and Projects Team with building and testing new reports.
- Maintain the regulatory reporting framework to ensure it remains up to date with changes throughout the year
- Manage the Regulatory Governance Forum process.
- Lead on the testing of key regulatory data item.
- Maintain a close relationship with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Capital markets, Risk, Credit risk and Change.
- Support the Group Regulatory Governance team on regulatory horizon scanning
- Maintain service level agreements for regulatory reporting datasets
- Maintain governance around securitisation updates.
- Control testing and regulatory reporting RCSA refresh
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protected and managed.
- Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations.
2. Experience & Knowledge
- 6-8 years experience in Treasury, Finance, Risk or Regulatory Reporting in banking industries
- Hand on experience in a Treasury Regulatory Reporting under EBA/PRA frameworks.
- Hands on experience in regulatory governance, control, compliance, risk management, or policy governance frameworks
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and senior management
- Working knowledge on regulatory systems, financial products and general accounting principles, and more generically the banking business, balance sheet
