Job Description
We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our Physician Billing / Hospital Billing process at Ventra Health, Perungudi, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claims and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and payments.
- Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and meet process targets.
- Handle AR calling activities for US healthcare/medical billing.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates comfortable working in night shifts can apply.
